No Refunds

All purchases of digital products, custom AI assets, prompts, workflows and related services from The Brand Edit are final.

Why we do not offer refunds

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we cannot process refunds once access has been granted. You receive full value immediately upon purchase.

Exceptions

In rare cases where a technical error prevents delivery, contact us at hello@thebrand-edit.uk within 14 days and we will resolve the issue or provide equivalent access.
